Do not handle adhesive side of bandage. Remove white paper liner and place over the affected area. Remove the remaining clear blue stripe film. Gently smooth dressing into place by gently placing the palm of your hand over the dressing. 4. Watch it work Gel bandages are designed to absorb moisture and may swell with a white bubble underneath. 5. Keep it on Keep bandage over area to be protected for as long as it remains in place—up to 7 days. If leakage around the bandage should occur, change as needed.
