By using Glitchoo you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Glitchoo is

Glitchoo is an aggregator of deals and price drops on Amazon (markets: it/de/es/fr/co.uk/com). Prices shown are historic/cached and may change; the binding price is the one visible on Amazon at checkout. We do not sell products: we are a signaling service.

Amazon Associates

All "Go to Amazon" links are affiliate links. We receive a commission IF you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. This funds the free service.

Account

  • You must be at least the digital age of consent in your EU country.
  • You are responsible for credential security.
  • Forbidden: multi-account abuse, scraping our site, illegal activity.

Service availability

We provide Glitchoo "as is", without uptime guarantees. We may modify, suspend or terminate the service. We will try to give reasonable notice for material changes.

Content

  • "Anomalous drop" flags are based on statistical heuristics and public sources. We do not guarantee a price is an "Amazon mistake": Amazon may change the price or cancel an order.
  • Product data (title, images, descriptions) comes from Amazon and remains property of its owners.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glitchoo is not liable for:

  • Missed purchase due to a deal disappearing.
  • Order cancellation by Amazon.
  • Indirect damages or lost profits.

Nothing here excludes liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury as required by applicable law.

Jurisdiction

Italian law. For consumers, your place of residence. Non-consumers: Catania, Italy.

Changes

We publish changes here. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
