Glitchoo respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it and your rights under the GDPR.

Data we collect

• Account: email, name, profile image (only if you sign in via Google or create an account).
• Watchlist & alerts: ASINs you save, price thresholds, personal notes.
• Technical: IP address, user-agent, request logs — for security and debugging.
• Cookies: session (authentication), language preference. No third-party tracking cookies without your explicit consent via the banner.

Purposes and legal basis

• Deliver the service (contractual, art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Send transactional emails (magic link, price alerts you explicitly enabled — art. 6(1)(b))
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f))

Amazon Associates

Glitchoo is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. Links to amazon.it/de/es/fr/co.uk/com are affiliate links: if you buy through one of these links we receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices shown are historic/cached and may vary; the final price is the one visible on Amazon at checkout.

Retention

• Account: while the account is active. Full deletion within 30 days of request.
• Technical logs: 90 days.
• Watchlist/alerts: deleted with the account.

Your GDPR rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction. To exercise them: [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with your national DPA.

Extra-EU transfers

We use Cloudflare (CDN/edge), Resend (transactional email) and Google (OAuth). All apply EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Changes

We publish changes here with an updated date. Material changes are also emailed.
